NAVY Launch offers eligible SBIR awardees entrance into this H4XLabs Dual-Use Business Accelerator. This program supports SBIR awardees attempting to extend their reach into the commercial markets.

Stage 1: Workshops focused on commercialization

• Determining a technology’s commercial potential

• Building a plan for entering the commercial market

• Exploring business models and partnerships

• How to fund your company

Stage 2: Focused 1:1 Company-specific mentoring and advising

• 8-10 bi-weekly strategy sessions 1:1 with Advisors, Entrepreneurs and SMEs

• Monthly cohort meetings

• Build strategy around identifying potential market opportunities, business models, partners, advisors, & funding sources

• Work on your commercialization efforts

• These sessions are designed for senior members of your company

Stage 3: Further 1:1 company-specific mentor & conclusion

• Monthly Advisor meetings

• Continuing to iterate final program goals, obtain assistance towards ultimate commercialization goals
